Network Connections
1.
Open your Network Connections by clicking on your Start
button (lower left hand corner), and then clicking on
Control Panel in the menu.
2. Then double click on the Network Connections icon.

Right Click (with your right mouse button) on your MPInet,
Smart City connection icon, and then click on Properties.
4.
In the Phone number field, proceed to changing the dialup
number to your new access number. For example, the new
dial up access number for Orlando is 321-251-1045.
5. Click "OK" at the bottom of the window.
Close out of Network Connections. You have changed your
dial up access number.
